        Abstract The required factors have been investigated to apply knowledge management by carrying out the field study using staff opinions of Kermanshah Telecommunication Company in this research. After indicating the required factors of applying knowledge management, relationship between each factor of knowledge process system, organizational culture and information technology system with the knowledge management have been analyzed statistically by the obtained results using SPSS program. Kermanshah Telecommunication Company has a population of 370 staff that a sample of 77 staff has been used. It has been found that there are acceptable correlation between knowledge process system, organizational culture and information technology system with the knowledge management which correlation coefficient (R) of each relationship is 0.854, 0.915 and 0.812 respectively. There are some different between the effects of knowledge process system, organizational culture and information technology system on the applying knowledge management as the effects knowledge process system, information technology system and organizational culture are in the fist, second and third step respectively.         In this study, in order to assess the e-service quality of Payame Noor University based on E-SERVQUAL model, the service superiority gap score was measured. The research methodology was quantitative, in terms of main strategy applied, in terms of research objective descriptive–survey, in terms of analytical technique and library and field study, in terms of implementation strategy. The research population consisted of about 20000 undergraduate and postgraduate sophomores and above studying in Payame Noor University of Ardebil during spring semester of academic year 2010-2011. A multi-stage cluster sampling method was used for the study. Among the universities, the Payame Noor University of Ardebil, another university and a unit were selected randomly. According to Krjci-Morgan table, assuming error α = 0.05 and using cluster method of sampling, the overall sample size was determined 500 and 476 questionnaires were finally analyzable. For data collection, the e-service quality questionnaire (E-SERVQUAL with alpha reliability coefficient .97 for the perceptional level and .95 in for the expectation level) was used. Results from Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (z = .704, p = .703 > 0.05) showed that the data distribution is normal. Data collected was analyzed by using single-sample t-test. Results showed that e-service quality was significantly low in all aspects and components of services. In other words, there was a service superiority gap in electronic service in Payam Noor University and students were unsatisfied with the quality of electronic services. Manuscript profile

A successful Data Warehouse assessment model requires a deep understanding of opportunities, challenges and influential factors that a typical firm’s Data Warehouse (DW) may include. Then, by using analytical hierarchical process technique and its expert choice software, criteria and sub-criteria of influential factors were assessed and weighted. Research method in terms of main strategy: quantitative; In terms of purpose: practical; In terms of implementation method: field and documentation, and in terms of analytical technique: descriptive-contextualization. The statistical population of this research consisted of the third semester and higher students of Payam Noor University in Ardabil province in the second semester of the academic year 1389-1390, in undergraduate and master's degrees in various fields with an approximate volume of 20,000 people. The sampling method of this study was a multi-stage cluster. that among academic centers; Payam Noor University, the capital of the province, another university center and one unit were randomly selected. The overall sample size based on the Krejci-Morgan table, considering the error α = 0.05; And the clustering of the sampling method, nearly 500 people were considered, of which 476 questionnaires could be analyzed. In order to collect data, an electronic service quality questionnaire was used (E-Serqual with reliability α=0.97 at the existing level and α=0.95 at the desired level). The results of the Kalmogorov-Smirnov test (z=0.704 with p=0.703, p<0.05) showed that the data distribution is normal. The collected data were analyzed using a one-sample t-test. The results showed that the quality of electronic services in all service components and their dimensions is significantly low.         Knowledge architecture of human resources is more important than any other tool or element in the way of creating, organizing, storing, distributing and applying knowledge to achieve organizational goals. The present study was conducted to present the architectural model of human resource knowledge in knowledge-based organizations using a mixed approach. This research is based on mixed research and quantitatively and qualitatively, which is descriptive-survey in terms of purpose, application and nature and method. The statistical population of the present study consists of knowledge-based organizations in Lorestan province, 30 of whose experts have been selected based on the principle of theoretical adequacy and using purposive sampling. The data collection tool in the qualitative part of the research is a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part is a questionnaire. In the qualitative section, data and information were identified using Atlas.ti software and analysis coding method and architectural indicators of human resource knowledge. In the quantitative part of the research, the final model of the research has been developed and presented using Matlab software and interpretive structural modeling method. The research results include the indicators and components of human resource knowledge architecture and the presentation of human resource knowledge architecture model in knowledge-based organizations. Thus, in addition to developing a human resource knowledge architecture architecture model, the findings indicate the identification of the main components of human resource knowledge architecture, knowledge management infrastructure, professional characteristics, situational characteristics and achievements of human resource knowledge architecture.         Forecasting a 10-fold increase in global data till 2025 by IDC indicates that the data journey for organizations has just begun. Collecting, storing, analyzing and using this valuable gold contributes to innovation in companies and organizations and leads businesses to a competitive future. The purpose of this article is to examine the various contexts of value creation and big-data-driven business for startups that rely on data as their primary source of business. Therefore, in this regard, after examining the various dimensions of big data, a conceptual model of this field has been presented. This model helps companies to carry out their activities in this field with more awareness and focus. Also in the continuation of this article, the results of the survey of knowledge-based companies with data-driven businesses are presented. The results show that most of these companies are more focused on the two areas of data analysis and visualization. Also, the two areas of "Fintech" and "Media" have been more receptive to the technologies of these two areas.         Since school has identified as one of the major agents in the socialization process, it has found remarkable position in the educational system of any country. Improving student learning is also a key factor to enhance the educational system quality in schools. As regular exercise has profoundly positive impact on learning, this paper mainly aims to provide an approach to enhance students' learning process through morning exercise based on artificial neural network (ANN) technique and intelligent water drop optimization algorithm. This study is a quantitative research, which is purposefully a descriptive-analytical and methodologically a practical study. To that end, ANN technique was used to classify and extract the results, as well as, intelligent water drop optimization algorithm was employed for feature selection. In ANN, eleven neurons were selected as the appropriate number of hidden layer neurons; a combination of two linear and sigmoidal activation functions were employed as interlayer transmission functions; a training function was applied to train the network; and a maximum 3000 duplicates was proposed for the training algorithm on dataset. The accuracy of the proposed method was 68%, which has improved by about 2.2% compared to the basic method, i.e., exercise has a positive effect on students' learning. The results showed a proper performance of the optimal classification on the dataset with homogeneous parameters as well as a better performance of the artificial neural networks than the novel methods. Accordingly, the proposed method can have an appropriate improvement in terms of output accuracy in strengthening the learning process. Manuscript profile

        Due to its power in modeling complex relations between entities, graph theory has been widely used in dealing with real-world problems. On the other hand, information retrieval has emerged as one of the major problems in the area of algorithms and computation. As graph-based information retrieval algorithms have shown to be efficient and effective, this paper aims to provide an analytical review of these algorithms and propose a categorization of them. Briefly speaking, graph-based information retrieval algorithms might be divided into three major classes: the first category includes those algorithms which use a graph representation of the corresponding dataset within the information retrieval process. The second category contains semantic retrieval algorithms which utilize the graph theory. The third category is associated with the application of the graph theory in the learning to rank problem. The set of reviewed research works is analyzed based on both the frequency as well as the publication time.         With the advancement of technology, analyzing and assessing user opinions, as well as determining the user's attitude toward various aspects, have become a challenging and crucial issue. Opinion mining is the process of recognizing people’s attitudes from textual comments at three different levels: document-level, sentence-level, and aspect-level. Aspect-based Opinion mining analyzes people’s viewpoints on various aspects of a subject. The most important subtask of aspect-based opinion mining is aspect extraction, which is addressed in this paper. Most previous methods suggest a solution that requires labeled data or extensive language resources to extract aspects from the corpus, which can be time consuming and costly to prepare. In this paper, we propose an unsupervised approach for aspect extraction that uses topic modeling and the Word2vec technique to integrate semantic information and domain knowledge based on term graph. The evaluation results show that the proposed method not only outperforms previous methods in terms of aspect extraction accuracy, but also automates all steps and thus eliminates the need for user intervention. Furthermore, because it is not reliant on language resources, it can be used in a wide range of languages. Manuscript profile
