With progress of communication technology in the past two decades, use of ICT has become a success factor in the world of competition. To increase competition in the banking industry of Iran, many banks are willing to offer a unique service to their customers. Investment of private banks has concentrated on the presenting special services. That has led to more successful in attracting and retaining customers. To evaluate the influencing factors on banking services improvement, information technology and knowledge management as key factors were identified. This paper is to identify the most effective indicators to assess the impact of knowledge management and information technology for improving customer service of bank on customer satisfaction.180 experts of Bank Mellat is selected as population. Sample size was calculated by using a random sampling method. 130 samples were obtained but 120 questionnaires Were returned. Data were collected through questionnaires. In order to analyze the data from the structural equation modeling and LISREL software was used. In order to ensure the accuracy of the results and sensitivity analysis, regression analysis were applied. Finally, the results show that the customer knowledge management and mobile banking have positive effect on performance of banking service, and improving this kind of services have positive effects on customer satisfaction. The current study seeks to provide a conceptual model of structural equation modeling through an explanation of the gap in scientific studies on the localization of factors affecting electronic service quality of online stores in the country. This is a quantitative-survey study in which a structured questionnaire is distributed among the customers of three online stores. Cronbach's alpha will be applied to determine the reliability of the questionnaire Exploratory factor analysis to classify the sub-indices and confirmatory factor analysis are used to assess the validity of the variables and indicators derived from them. Then, factors affecting the quality of electronic services will be defined in 37 sub-indices and 5 main criteria using exploratory factor analysis as: Trust, Reliability and Fulfillment, Site Engineering, Enjoyment, and Communications. The effectiveness of each of the main indicators of the quality of e-services will be addressed as well. Also, based on a conceptual model fit, the consistency of the collected data with the conceptual model will be analyzed. Finally, using Friedman test, all the factors will be prioritized. In a research, that this paper reflects its results, a model for stating the relationship between investment in IT and customer satisfaction was developed. This study starts with extensive literature review on investment in IT and customer satisfaction. Then, a conceptual model with four criteria (including Economic, educational, diffusion of ICT and telecommunication) and one latent variable (indicator of customer satisfaction) were designed. This model’s primary validity was approved through expert opinion. Then, in a field study in the organization under study, the required data have been gathered for testing functional approval of the model. In the next stage of research, by using SEM techniques and interactive regression equation in the form of path analysis and using the software like SPSS and LISREL , we concentrated the factors of relationship between latent variable and observed variables. The finding of the research shows direct relationship between economic and educational factors of IT investment on customer satisfaction. Manuscript profile

Mobile Government Ecosystem is one of the emerging ecosystems in Iran. The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze the structure and identifying the role of each of the key stakeholders of this ecosystem. In order to achieve this purpose, by studying the related literatures and the models presented in these literatures, a mobile government ecosystem conceptual model is proposed, where four new key stakeholders are introduced: new trends in over the top (OTT) services, innovation and innovators, advertisement and advertisers, and mediators. Then, a questionnaire is designed to verify the factors identified in the model and to examine the effects of these factors on the mobile government ecosystem. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 400 experts, where 363 responses were collected, and analyzed based on structural equation modeling. The results show that with the exception of advertisement and advertisers, the three other key stakeholders have significant coefficients in the model. Manuscript profile

This study explains the gap in scientific studies in the field of localization of factors affecting the quality of electronic services in the country's online stores, to present a conceptual model using structural equation modeling. This is a quantitative survey study in which a structured questionnaire is distributed among the buyers of three online stores. Cronbach's alpha is used to evaluate the reliability, heuristic factor analysis to classify sub-indicators and confirmatory factor analysis to examine the validity of the structure and the variables and resulting indices. The government ecosystem is one of the developing ecosystems in Iran. The purpose of this article is to recognize and analyze the structure and also to identify the role of each of the main actors of this ecosystem. In order to achieve this goal, first, by using research sources and examining the models presented in these sources, a conceptual model for the mobile government ecosystem is presented, in which four new actors: new approaches in providing services beyond expectations, Innovation and innovators, advertising and advertisers and intermediaries have been introduced. Then, by designing a questionnaire to verify the factors identified in the model and examine their impact on the mobile government ecosystem, and distributing it using a random sample of 400, the attitudes and opinions of 363 experts in the field of telephone Companion and companion government have been collected and analyzed based on the structural equation model. The results show that except for the advertising factor and advertisers, three other new factors have significant coefficients in the model. Manuscript profile
