چکیده مقاله :
گسترش شبکههای اجتماعی ارتباطات را متحول کرده است، تعدد این شبکهها و تنوع سرویسهایی که به کاربران خود ارائه میهند باعث شده تا هر شخص طبق سلیقه و صلاح دید خود در یک یا چند مورد از آنها ثبتنام کند. اما همین موضوع باعث شده که کاربران برای ارتباط با اشخاصی که از شبکههای اجتماعی متفاوت استفاده میکنند ملزم به ثبت نام در چندین پلتفرم متفاوت میشوند. این تحقیق یک پروتکل مبتنی بر وب را معرفی میکند که برای تسهیل تبادل پیام یکپارچه بین شبکههای اجتماعی متفاوت طراحی شده است و در نتیجه نیاز کاربران به نگهداری چندین پیامرسان را از بین میبرد. قانون اتحادیه اروپا برای شبکههای اجتماعی با بیش از 45 میلیون کاربر ماهانه برای پشتیبانی از ارتباطات بین پیامرسانی، بر ضرورت چنین راه حلی تاکید میکند. هر پیامرسان آدرس منحصربهفرد خود را دارد و امکان ایجاد کانالها یا گروهها با شناسههای یکسان را در پیامرسانهای مختلف بدون هیج مشکلی فراهم میکند. نکته مهم این است که این سیستم با زیرساختهای پیامرسان موجود با حداقل تغییرات یکپارچه میشود. این تحقیق یک راه حل مناسب برای محدودیتهای فعلی قابلیت همکاری شبکههای اجتماعی، بهبود تجربه کاربری و حفظ حریم خصوصی ارائه میدهد. پروتکل معرفی شده در این مقاله در نهایت توسط 5 پیام رسان محبوب در ایران که در مجموع بیش از 40 میلیون کاربر فعال ماهانه دارند پیاده سازی شده و در کمتر از 3 ماه پس از پیادهسازی، بیش از 1.5 میلیون کاربر با استفاده از این پروتکل از طریق پیامرسانهای متفاوت با یکدیگر ارتباط برقرار کردهاند.
چکیده انگلیسی :
The proliferation of social networks has revolutionized communication. The multitude of these networks and the diversity of services they offer to their users have led individuals to sign up for one or more of them according to their preferences and discretion. However, this has made it difficult to communicate with people who use other social networks, forcing users to sign up for multiple platforms to maintain connections with different groups. This research introduces a web-based protocol to facilitate seamless message exchange between different social networks, thereby eliminating the need for users to maintain multiple messaging apps. The proposed system supports channels and groups while enabling interoperability between various social networks. The European Union's law for social networks with more than 45 million monthly active users emphasizes the need for such a solution to support Interoperability. Each messaging app has its unique address space, and creating channels or groups with identical identifiers on different messaging apps is possible without any issues. Importantly, this system can be integrated with existing messaging app infrastructures with minimal changes. This research provides a suitable solution to the current limitations of social network interoperability, improving user experience and preserving privacy. The protocol introduced in this article has finally been implemented and used by 5 popular messengers in Iran, which have a total of more than 40 million monthly active users. In less than three months after implementation, more than 1.5 million users have communicated with each other using this protocol across different messaging platforms.
