In this paper, a comprehensive model is presented that presents the factors influencing the success of e-commerce in technical infrastructure and shows how using the importance-performance analysis model, unfavorable technical infrastructure factors that cause e-commerce failure in any The business can be identified and prioritized to improve them, and the technical infrastructure factors that make e-commerce unsuccessful in the city's ceramic tile industry, as one of the main hubs of tile production in the world and the most important exporter of tiles in Iran. One of the well-known routing protocols in intercity networks is the AODV routing protocol. The application of this routing protocol on intercity networks also has problems that increase the number of control messages in the network by increasing the scale of the network and the number of nodes. One way to reduce overhead in the AODV protocol is to cluster network nodes. In this paper, the modified K-Means algorithm is used to cluster the nodes and the particle swarm algorithm is used to select the cluster head.         The purpose of this study is to provide a method for customer segmentation of a private bank in Shiraz based on the RFM model in the face of uncertainty about customer data. In the proposed framework of this study, first, the values ​​of RFM model indicators including exchange novelty (R), number of exchanges (F) and monetary value of exchange (M) were extracted from the customer database and preprocessed. Given the breadth of the data, it is not possible to determine the exact number to determine whether the customer is good or bad; Therefore, to eliminate this uncertainty, the gray number theory was used, which considers the customer's situation as a range. In this way, using a different method, the bank's customers were segmented, which according to the results, customers were divided into three main sections or clusters as good, normal and bad customers. After validating the clusters using Don and Davis Boldin indicators, customer characteristics in each sector were identified and at the end, suggestions were made to improve the customer relationship management system.         Doors are an important sign for blind people and robots to enter and leave the building. Detection of doors in outdoor environments has become one of the most difficult issues in computer vision; Because usually in outdoor doors, the features of a simple door such as handles, corners and empty space between the door and the floor are not obvious. In this article, a method for detecting doors in outdoor environments is presented. After extracting the lines and removing the extra lines, the area between the vertical lines is formed and the characteristics of each area including height, width, location, color, texture and number of lines inside the area are extracted. Additional knowledge such as the presence of the door at the bottom of the image, the reasonable height and width of the door, and the difference in color and texture of the door with the surrounding area are then used to determine the presence of the door. This method has been tested on our eTRIMS image collection and our image collection, including doors of houses, apartments and shops, and the presented results show the superiority of the proposed method over the previous methods.
